Social Worker / Counselor / Therapist

Position & Requirements

Flexible Hours: Full or part-time (3 to 5 days/week)

Two days per week in a school setting, two days per week in clinical setting and one day per week remote. 

Hiring for clinic locations in Whitewater and Fort Atkinson as well as school-based positions (elementary, middle and high school) in Cambridge, Fort Atkinson, and Whitewater. 

Licensure Required: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, In-Training or Psychologist

We are seeking independently licensed mental health professionals committed to enhancing access and quality of care for diverse patient populations. Emphasizing the need for community needs, we welcome providers adept at engaging with clients from varied backgrounds. This is a unique opportunity to provide both school-based and clinic-based services with an option for one remote (telehealth) day per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is hourly. Average full-time therapist wages range from $60,000 to $80,000 annually based on productivity and licensure
