What You'll Do

• Bring Spacesaver products to life by assembling mechanical and electrical components using hand tools, pneumatic equipment, and advanced production technologies.
• Load and unload painted components while helping maintain a smooth and efficient production flow.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to build high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate production records to ensure every product meets our standards.
• Use Spacesaver's ERP system to manage shop orders, report production activity, and track progress.
• Package finished products with care, ensuring they are protected and ready for shipment to customers.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Contribute to a safe, high-performing work environment by following established procedures, ergonomic practices, and safety standards while supporting other teams as needed.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass basic math and measuring assessments.
• Familiarity with PC navigation, scanning, and data entry.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English (translation assistance available upon request).
• Skilled in reading tape measures.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
