Information Assurance/Security Specialist - Level IV

About the role

Kaimetrix is seeking an Information Assurance / Security Specialist – Level IV to provide senior-level leadership and expertise in strengthening the organization’s security posture in a mission-critical environment. This role is responsible for conducting advanced threat analysis, implementing security controls, and guiding strategic security initiatives to protect enterprise systems and data assets.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth threat analysis and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Leverage threat intelligence to proactively enhance security posture and prevent security incidents
• Implement and oversee security controls to protect systems, data, and infrastructure
• Contribute to the design and evolution of security architecture and strategic security planning
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Lead high-priority security initiatives and support mission-critical cybersecurity efforts
• Serve as a subject matter expert on security operations and risk management
• Serve in a site lead capacity, coordinating security activities and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Education/Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in information assurance, cybersecurity, or related roles
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Certifications:

• CompTIA CASP+,(ISC)² CISSP, or ISACA CISM

Clearance:

• Active Tier 3 (T3) background investigation or ability to obtain and maintain
