Project Manager - Level IV

About the role

Kaimetrix is seeking a Project Manager – Level IV to provide senior-level leadership for managing complex, high-impact projects in a mission-critical environment. This role is responsible for overseeing project strategy, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.

What you'll do

• Provide project leadership and develop overall project strategies to support mission and organizational goals
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects with large, complex, or strategic requirements
• Apply advanced financial management practices to monitor and control project budgets
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools to ensure successful execution and performance tracking
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success
• Drive coordination across technical teams and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes
• Serve in a site lead capacity, overseeing project execution and ensuring alignment with program objectives

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management or related leadership roles
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Certifications:

• PMI or PMP, ITIL 4 Foundation preferred

Clearance:

• Background investigation Tier 1 (T1) or ability to obtain and maintain
