Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure at the CCNP level: VLANs, routing, VPNs, firewall rules, and ACLs across switches, routers, and firewalls. Support operations and maintenance of transmission, satellite, and terrestrial communications systems to sustain 100% mission readiness. Systems Administration Administer Windows and Linux systems, including patching, hardening to DISA STIGs, account and group policy management, backup and recovery, and log review. Security & Documentation Implement system and network security measures in accordance with STIGs and RMF controls. Document configurations and maintain accurate network and system records. Support & Response Work incident and service queues, resolving issues within established SLAs. Support surge and rapid-response requirements, including short-notice contingency taskings. QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent demonstrated experience accepted in lieu of a degree. Minimum 5 years designing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining IP networks in complex DoD environments. Strong Windows/Linux administration, including STIG hardening, group policy, backup/recovery, and log review. Hands-on network skills at the CCNP level or better across switches, routers, and firewalls. Demonstrated experience implementing STIG/RMF security controls and documenting configurations. Required certification — DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline. Must hold one of: CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, or CND.
