As an ICU RN, you will assess and stabilize patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, post-operative complications, and multi-system dysfunction; you will manage arterial and central lines, IV drips, vasopressors, sedation, analgesia, delirium assessment, and weaning protocols; you will collaborate closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to adjust care plans as patients’ conditions evolve. You’ll have continued opportunities for advanced training, specialty certifications in critical care, and leadership development to prepare you for future roles within the ICU ladder. This role includes competitive compensation with a weekly range of $762 to $778, reflecting your experience and the demands of critical care environments.
