Job DetailsJob Location: CP Old Town - Fort Collins, CO 80524Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)  Reports to: General Manager (GM)  POSITION: The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing all studio functions from sales to instructors. They will lead all sales efforts; drive membership growth and endeavor to prevent member attrition.   RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly environment and addressing customer concerns or complaints • Responsible, along with the General Manager and Sales Associates, for ensuring that studio membership and revenue goals are meet through personal sales and training staff • Responsible for helping to build the studio community through organizing and executing events • Assistant the General Manager in supervising and managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling • Be the direct point of contact for all staff with General Manager is off • Oversee all billing issues (membership agreements, cancellations, freezes, failed payments, etc) • Assist with retail displays, sales, and inventory • Responsible for posting social media stories • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio. • Work collaboratively on monthly studio plans, grassroots marketing, and promotional activities • Any other tasks required to meet company goals The employee is expected to adhere to all company policies, including the policy of at will employment. QualificationsREQUIREMENTS: · 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience. · Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales · Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training · Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email · Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment. · Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement. · An affinity and passion for fitness. · Solid writing and grammar skills. · Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. · Professional, punctual, reliable and neat. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information. · Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public. · Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
