As a Production Systems Specialist you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our production processes ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement efficient solutions, and drive continuous enhancement of our production systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for streamlining operations to maximize productivity and quality.

This is a onsite role based in Fort Collins, CO. If you are interested in doing meaningful work, then this is the place for you!

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Evaluate existing production systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate completion of batch processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate new technologies and automation solutions.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide technical support for production systems and operational procedures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate new software and technologies for production improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred. (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in production systems optimization or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. (Power BI and Power Automate preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
