Wait Staff 

• Part-time; Candidates should indicate their preferred availability from the following options:

* Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Shifts: flexible availability

* Dinner-Only Shifts: availability during evening hours only

• Starting wage: $15.16-16.00/hr. depending on experience.

About the Role:  

As Wait Staff at The Worthington, you will: 

• Communicate in a caring and cheerful manner with residents, family members, and other staff. 

• Work effectively within a team, receiving and offering feedback as needed. 

• Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas to create a welcoming environment. 

What We're Looking For: 

Experience:  

• Previous experience in food service is beneficial but not required. 

Skills:  

• Basic written and verbal communication skills. 

• Basic point of sales and computer software experience. 

• Ability to carry out instructions with basic oversight and guidance. 

Attributes:  

• Strong customer service mindset. 

• Team player who fosters and promotes a positive working culture. 

• Passion for food, senior care, and working in a fast-paced environment. 

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $15.16 - $16.00/hr. DOE
