Reports to: Plant Manager
Position Summary & Purpose
Efficiently load customer trucks while expressing a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers/truckers. 聽Typical hours are 7am-5pm Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities and Tasks
路 Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
路 Ensure that the phone is answered in a friendly and timely manner
路 Minimize customer/trucker wait times by quickly and efficiently loading trucks
路 Fill trucks to specified weights and weight splits in accordance with customer/trucker wishes and DOT regulations
路 Monitor dust control levels to ensure every load meets the specified gallons per ton. All out of spec loads to be dumped and reloaded to ensure that all customers have excellent quality experience
路 Follow all process steps to fulfill customer orders in the system
路 Additional paperwork and activities to support the operations that include but are not limited to daily production spreadsheet entry and receiving for purchase orders
路 Keep office area, breakrooms and restrooms clean and organized
Requirements
Education and Experience:
路 High School or equivalent required
路 Good people skills and patience required. Previous customer service experience preferred
路 Good oral and written communication skills
路 Good typing skills and computer literate including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
