What Will I Be Doing?Ā Ā

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:Ā Ā 

Ā 

  • TeamĀ memberĀ must be able to work and direct personnel in aĀ team-orientedĀ andĀ safetyĀ conscious environment. ā€œSafety Firstā€ expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.Ā 

  • Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas following master cleaning schedules and proceduresĀ 

  • This position may require moderate supervision and follow-up.Ā 

  • Sanitation and cleaningĀ consistĀ of washing down, shoveling, and sweeping, cleaning screens with the aid ofĀ respirator.Ā 

  • Maintain adherence to work schedule and work overtime, weekends,Ā holidays,Ā and shifts asĀ required.Ā 

  • AssistĀ in some maintenance,Ā railroad,Ā and groundwork such as (mowing, trimming,Ā landscaping,Ā and snowĀ removal).Ā 

  • Must have working knowledge and be trained toĀ operateĀ the following: skid steer loaders,Ā scissors lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and hand & power tools. Clean screens and wear a respirator.Ā 

  • ā€œEffectivelyā€ communicate withĀ supervisorĀ andĀ customerĀ toĀ accomplishĀ assigned tasks and develop sound customer relations.Ā 

  • Maintain adherence to the published work schedule and be available to work overtime as required byĀ demandsĀ of the job.Ā 

  • Work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc.Ā utilizingĀ fall protection equipment when required by the jobĀ 

  • Maintain communication with supervisorĀ regardingĀ unresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints.Ā 

  • Work all shifts including holidays and weekends whenĀ demandedĀ by the job.Ā 

  • Perform other work as defined byĀ companyĀ and/or customer.Ā 

  • EnsuresĀ compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.Ā 

  • Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.Ā 

  • Communications with all team members toĀ assistĀ the development ofĀ short- and long-rangeĀ planning inĀ assist ofĀ the company’s goals andĀ objectivesĀ 

  • MeetĀ physicalĀ requirements of the job. Physical requirementsĀ ofĀ the job will be provided to you prior to employment.Ā 

  • Perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner.Ā 

  • Accurate andĀ timelyĀ administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.Ā

The compensation for the position is: $16.15 - $19.00
