EOA Technologies is seeking an Application Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer.
As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- The Application Engineer will be heavily involved with the creation, maintenance, and running of Python Lambda, Pig and PySpark analytics and is responsible for reviewing data ingest tickets and merge requests with other developers on the team.Â
- The application engineer is focused on delivering reliable, accurate data to the end users as well as ensuring that day-to-day operations are successful. Including being able to investigate data arriving accurately into the system.
Requirements
To be considered for this position you must have the following:
- Possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- Strong background in analytics development
- Python
- Experience and expertise with System Authorization
- Risk Management Framework
- Vulnerability Management and/or Nessus Vulnerability Scanner
- Twelve (12) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED OR Ten (10) years minimum experience and an Associate's Degree OR Eight (8) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree OR Six (6) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree OR Four (4) years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree.
- All experience and education will be in a technical field directly related to the labor category being proposed and all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees will be from accredited institutions.
