Status: 1.0 FTE (Non-Exempt)

Provides evaluation and treatment of patients referred by an MD for Occupational Therapy services.  Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.  Develops a plan of care for patients after evaluation. Documents all care provided and ensures that charges are entered accurately and timely per department policy.  Participates in planning for budget needs, works as a team member of the OT and Rehab teams.  Participates in department and organization improvement projects, equipment training, organizational safety and fire safety programs.  


Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Has demonstrated ability to deliver competent, appropriate care and coordination of a care plan that is  approved by attending physicians. 

EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited school for Occupational Therapy. 

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: Licensed in the state of Montana as an Occupational Therapist.
