Job Summary: Patriot Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced CAC Mobile Assistance Team (CACMAT) Manager to support performance of the Army's Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) / Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) Military Identification (ID) Card, Common Access Card (CAC) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) support services requirement. The CACMAT Manager will report to the Program Manager (PM) and be responsible for the supervision and overall management of the CAC Mobile Assistance Team, ensuring the team's mobile inspection and support operations are executed accurately, professionally, and in full compliance with RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC policy and CACMAT inspection procedures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supervise and manage the overall performance of the CAC Mobile Assistance Team (CACMAT).
Report directly to the Program Manager (PM) on CACMAT performance, staffing, planning, travel, and operational issues.
Serve as the subject matter expert on RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC policies and CACMAT inspection procedures, providing guidance and direction to the CACMAT team.
Plan, schedule, and oversee CACMAT mobile inspection visits and support operations across supported installations.
Ensure CACMAT inspections and support activities are conducted accurately and in full compliance with applicable RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC policies and procedures.
Communicate CACMAT findings, issues, and recommendations clearly and professionally, in both oral and written form, to Government stakeholders and Contractor leadership.
Coordinate with the PM and other Patriot management personnel to ensure integrated, effective execution of CACMAT support within the broader program.
Monitor CACMAT team performance and provide managerial oversight, mentorship, and corrective guidance as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience previously serving as a Site Security Manager (SSM).
Minimum of one (1) year of managerial/supervisory experience.
Subject matter expertise in RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC policies and CACMAT inspection procedures.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain any security clearance or suitability determination required for the position.
Ability to travel 50 to 75 percent of the time to support CACMAT mobile inspections.
Must be U.S. Citizen.
Must speak, read, and comprehend English with fluency required to read and understand printed regulations, detailed written orders, operating procedures, training instructions, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience managing or supervising a CAC Mobile Assistance Team (CACMAT) or similar mobile inspection/support team.
Experience supporting RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC operations across multiple, geographically dispersed installations.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
