TechĀ /Ā SupportĀ III ā skilled:Ā Licensed orĀ certifiedĀ role (directĀ healthcare)Ā that supportsĀ the total peri-operative process;Ā ProvidesĀ intra-operativeĀ patient care to patientsĀ asĀ directed byĀ the Director of Nursing / Medical Director / Quality Committee(s);Ā Anticipates surgeonās needsĀ in the use ofĀ medical supplies,Ā instrumentation & equipmentĀ availability &Ā readiness;Ā MaintainsĀ a safeĀ & cleanĀ operating room suite; AssistsĀ &Ā / orĀ ensuresĀ documentationĀ & detailed records are kept;Ā Performs essential dutiesĀ & techniquesĀ appropriate to roleĀ /Ā functionĀ / procedure;Ā Participates in quality improvement processes;Ā May serve as a resource (lead), role model &Ā /Ā or mentor.Ā

Minimum QualificationsĀ
HighĀ School diploma or GED;Ā Current certificationĀ fromĀ accreditedĀ Surgical TechnologyĀ program;Ā At least one (1)Ā year experience in a health care or military medical setting;Ā Meets requirements for applicable state(s) of engagement.Ā Ā
