Midtown is looking for a Tennis Facilities Associate to ensure that our outdoor tennis facilities run smoothly.

This position is an integral part of the facilities team, our Tennis Facilities Associates ensure a safe and high functioning environment for members, guests, and associates.
Tennis Facilities Associate responsibilities:
路 Report directly to the Tennis Facility Manager
路 Complete daily maintenance and troubleshooting of outdoor tennis courts and other outdoor areas
路 Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency facility calls regarding outdoor areas
路 Coordinate and execute outdoor tennis court maintenance under direction of Tennis Facilities Manager in coordination with the Raquet Sports Manager
路 Consistently present a pleasant, attentive and courteous attitude toward members, guests and fellow associates
路 Take pride in themselves and their work
Tennis Facilities Associate requirements:
路 Have experience or be ready to train on hard courts, clay courts and red clay courts daily maintenance
路 Understand or be ready to train on irrigation systems
路 Perform labor and detail-oriented work outdoors
路 Flexibility to complete other tasks, both related to outdoor spaces (pools, terraces, and lounge areas) and indoor spaces, as needed
路 Are self-directed requiring little supervision once a task is assigned
路 Understand prioritization and a sense of urgency; able to meet deadlines
