Our Fort Lauderdale Office will be relocating to Boynton Beach, FL in August 2026.

The New Haven Companies, Inc. is looking for an Accountant with multiple state experience, who will become part of an incredible team.  New Haven operates out of 17 states and our accounting team offers a great deal of support to our locations.  This individual will work alone and part of a team.  This position will have a variety of  duties so you will never be bored.  Reconcile the GL, bank statements, and balance sheet accounts.  Analyze financial data, process and record daily journal entries. The accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the accounting department by managing day-to-day transactional activities, reconciling accounts, and adhering to General accounting accepted procedures. The accountant will collaborate closely with various teams to maintain organized financial records and support audit processes. By managing routine accounting tasks and resolving discrepancies, this role contributes to the overall financial integrity and compliance of the company. The accountant helps streamline accounting workflows, enabling timely and accurate financial decision making and reporting.
