The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for coordinating objectives with the marketing, creative, production, and media departments. The Associate Brand Manager will manage all tasks such as brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns, creating brand messages to improve brand awareness, researching, and analyzing data, and developing presentations. Areas of research include marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. The Associate Brand Manager is tasked with executing plans that will increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, this pivotal role engages in all stages of content workflow.


Key Responsibilities

  • The Associate Brand Manager study's and analyze market research in order to identify opportunities. Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities. Identify new projects and research needs that support the brand strategy.
  • Complete research into industry trends and aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns. Ensure that all content and collateral follow brand standards. Provide assistance in creating launch and training materials for new products.
  • Support the Bilingual Digital Brands Manager to reach financial objectives and goals. Assist with financial analysis for multiple brands and portfolio evaluations.
  • Coordinate and support activations of marketing programs with agencies, partners, and events
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to support creative development, editorial direction, and campaign optimization.
  • Support the Bilingual Digital Brands Manager in executing brand plans, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
  • The Associate Brand Manager help maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Assist in managing brand calendars, timelines, and deliverables

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, English, marketing, media communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Understanding of the full marketing mix, including experience with planning, management, execution, and measurement of all forms of digital media: search, social, display, video, mobile, and email.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • Experience using the following technologies: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Marketing Services, Microsoft Ads, SEM Rush, Motion, is a plus.
  • Background in D2C CPG products and/or healthcare and the supplement industry a plus. 
  • Meta, Google, or a digital marketing certification a plus.
  • Advanced Google Analytics certification a plus.
