We are expanding our clinical presence throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties and are seeking providers interested in joining a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Chiropractor to join our team, with opportunities available throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

This position will play an important role in evaluating and treating patients with traumatic brain injury, concussion-related symptoms, cervical spine injuries, whiplash-associated disorders, balance impairments, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, committed to providing high-quality patient care, and comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based chiropractic care, including manual therapy and spinal or extremity manipulation when clinically appropriate.
Evaluate and treat patients with traumatic brain injury, concussion-related symptoms, cervical spine injuries, whiplash-associated disorders, balance impairments, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation, mobility, and therapeutic exercise programs.
Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other members of the clinical team to coordinate patient care.
Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical outcomes accurately and within required timeframes.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, symptom management, and recovery expectations.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and functional goals.
Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical, ethical, documentation, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Active Florida Doctor of Chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
Strong clinical assessment, manual therapy, and rehabilitation skills.
Experience in neurological rehabilitation, concussion management, sports medicine, cervical rehabilitation, or personal injury care preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills.
Experience using electronic medical record systems preferred.
