Allegro Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Full-Time Dining Services Assistant to join our busy, high-energy Dining Services team. If you have restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience and you're ready for a role with consistent hours, a supportive team, and residents who genuinely appreciate what you do — this is it.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or assisted living setting
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- No certifications required

The primary responsibility of the Kitchen Assistant is to set tables, bus tables, wash dishes, assist the Cook as needed, and complete cleaning duties.
Areas of Responsibility
- Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils.
- Properly maintain all dishwashing equipment.
- Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.
- Help contribute to high quality Dining Services operations by paying attention to food presentation and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal service.

Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must have an awareness of safety practices.
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
- The Community is a drug free workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months food service (or related field) preferred.
