We are seeking an experienced Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering seamless flight logistics, with a high attention to detail and client-focused approach.

What You’ll Be Responsible For 

• Managing charter flight operations from contract through completion  

• Coordinating seamlessly with brokers, clients, operators, and suppliers  

• Preparing flight briefs, pre-flight checks, and compliance documentation  

• Arranging third-party services including handling, catering, and ground transport  

• Monitoring flights in real time and proactively managing operational changes  

• Consistently delivering a high-touch client experience Supporting on-site flight operations when required  

• Maintaining accurate operational records 

What We’re Looking For 

• Aviation operations experience, ideally within an airline, charter operator, or FBO  

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities  

• Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

• A customer-focused communicator confident working with global clients and teams 

• Strong time management and ability to meet tight operational deadlines  

• Additional languages are an advantage in our global environment 

Shift Schedule 

This role will operate on a shift-based schedule, which may include nights and weekends to align with operational needs.
