Summary
The Manager, Special Projects – Content Transformation supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on evolving NEW YOU from a traditional linear production and marketing model to a modern, omnichannel Hero / Hub / Hygiene operating model. This role works in close partnership with the Director of Content Architecture & Studio Strategy and serves as a hands-on executional and change-management leader across all divisions, brands, and platforms. This role exists to ensure that strategic content and workflow transformations are effectively implemented across Production and Marketing. The Manager, Special Projects translates strategy into action—supporting workflow design, change adoption, cross-functional execution, and operational readiness as the organization modernizes how content is planned, produced, and distributed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Content Architecture & Studio Strategy to operationalize Hero / Hub / Hygiene frameworks across all brands and platforms.
• Support change management initiatives to transition teams from linear, TV-oriented models to omnichannel content systems.
• Assist in designing and documenting new workflows for Production and Marketing, including intake, prioritization, and handoffs.
• Support execution of cross-divisional content initiatives and special projects that span Production, Marketing, Studio, and Media of Entities and Executives.
• Coordinate implementation timelines, milestones, and dependencies for transformation initiatives.
• Act as a day-to-day problem solver, identifying friction points and escalating risks early.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and process documentation to support adoption of new operating models.
• Facilitate working sessions, pilot programs, and test-and-learn initiatives related to content transformation.
• Support readiness for new platforms, formats, and workflows in partnership with Platform Owners and Marketing teams.
• Measure adoption and effectiveness of new processes and recommend iterative improvements.
• Support communication and rollout of new content and workflow standards.
• Help teams understand the ‘why’ behind changes, not just the ‘what’.
• Identify training and enablement needs and coordinate with appropriate leaders.
• Reinforce consistent use of new models, tools, and processes.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in media, production, marketing operations, or transformation roles.
- Experience working on cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with omnichannel content models, digital media, or media operations preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and driving execution.
- Experience supporting change management or process redesign initiatives a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of omnichannel content models (Hero / Hub / Hygiene) and how they translate into operational workflows across production, marketing, and media.
- Understanding of content production and marketing processes, including intake, prioritization, handoffs, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to translate strategy into execution, turning high-level transformation initiatives into clear workflows, plans, and actions.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, managing multiple initiatives, timelines, and dependencies in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to support working sessions, align stakeholders, and drive clarity.
- Ability to identify operational gaps, friction points, and risks, and proactively recommend solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a practical, execution-focused mindset.
- Ability to support change management and drive adoption, helping teams understand and implement new ways of working.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments, maintaining momentum while processes and structures are being defined.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across teams without direct authority, supporting alignment across Production, Marketing, and Platform teams.

While performing duties of job, incumbent is occasionally required to:
- Operate in a professional office environment
- Constantly use work-related equipment
- To use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- To sit for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
- To lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary
- Ability to work regular, full-time schedule, Monday through Friday with the flexibility to work additional hours depending on business demands
