You’ll clean and refresh guestrooms to brand standards, restock amenities, report maintenance issues, and deliver friendly, efficient service with pride in every detail. Key Responsibilities Guestroom Care: Clean, sanitize, and reset rooms (beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, balconies/kitchenettes where applicable) per SOP and inspection standards. Linen & Amenities: Replace linens/terry; restock amenities, coffee/tea, and collateral; follow par levels and sustainability guidelines. Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report defects (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, furniture) via radio/CMMS; tag rooms out-of-service when needed. Safety & Compliance: Use chemicals/equipment safely; follow PPE, OSHA, SDS, privacy, and key-control policies. Cart & Storage: Keep carts stocked and organized; maintain clean closets/back-of-house areas; minimize waste and breakage. Public Areas (as assigned): Support hallway/lobby touch-ups to ensure consistent cleanliness. Service Mindset: Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, and escalate concerns to leadership.
