How You Will Make an Impact
•Produce and manage short-form content for Instagram and Facebook across all applicable brands•Lead and oversee studio shoot days dedicated to social content capture
•Translate brand messaging and creative direction into platform-native social formats
•Partner closely with editors to enable rapid turnaround and daily or near-daily content delivery
•Ensure all content aligns with performance, engagement, and brand objectives
•Maintain social content calendars, posting schedules, and daily and weekly output targets
•Apply best practices in short-form storytelling optimized for Meta platforms
•Support iterative testing and optimization based on performance insights

What You Bring to the Table
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience•8+ years of experience producing social-first digital content
•Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook formats, trends, and creative best practices
•Proven experience working in high-volume, fast-paced content environments
•Strong understanding of platform-native storytelling versus traditional TV content repurposing
•Hands-on production experience for Instagram and Facebook content
•Experience managing frequent publishing cadences, including daily or near-daily output
•History of strong collaboration with editors, creative teams, and performance stakeholders
•Experience with performance-driven/commerce-focused social content
•Understanding and utilization of performance metrics and data to influence content plan and drive creativity
•Experience working within in-house studios or brand-owned content teams
