Beautiful classic 40 meter M/Y seeking a Stew/Deck to join their team. Professional, active captain and crew of 8, and lovely American owners.
The ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, the ability to take direction well, shows initiative, and has a keen eye for detail. This is a dynamic position with the opportunity to learn from a fantastic Chief Stew and Deck Team. This is a great program for a candidate who is looking to build longevity with a great team of like-minded individuals.
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Works well in a team environment
- Housekeeping, laundry, and experience with deck maintenance and line handling is ideal
- Keen eye for detail
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Cleanliness and hygiene is a must
Qualifications Required:
- STCW Fully Updated
- ENG1
- Valid B1/B2 Visa OR U.S. Passport
- Females preferred due to cabin arrangements
Package:
- Salary: $4,000.00 to start, with an increase to $4,250/month after successful probation period
- Vacation: 40 days annually
- Health Insurance: provided upon onboarding
- Raise: %5 annually on date of hire
- Probationary period: 90 probationary period
- Flight allowance: $1,000.00 annually after probational period is completed
