ABOUT THIS JOB //
The Territory Excellence Representative is responsible for driving the sales, distribution, visibility, and execution of IQOS heated tobacco products within Fort Lauderdale. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with national key accounts and independent retailers, ensuring flawless in‑store execution, and maintaining consistent availability, pricing, and merchandising standards across the territory. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with tangible B2B experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to execute defined sales processes. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in making connections and accomplishing monthly KPIs.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK//Â
Your Fort Lauderdale work environment will be dynamic. You will have access to our office but will likely spend most of your time in the market with your account contacts. For this reason, you must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends to assess the effectiveness and influence performance of IQOS retail programs in designated channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO //Â
Responsibilities:
- Service and support IQOS heated tobacco products in retail stores throughout the assigned territory.
- Ensure IQOS products are always in stock, meeting inventory standards and preventing out-of-stocks.
- Drive new item distribution and placement in accordance with company priorities.
- Support agency and client managers in scouting and identifying new independent retailers to engage as potential IQOS sales partners
- Execute promotional programs with excellence, ensuring all materials are current, visible, and compliant.
- Ensure pricing consistency across the market area, addressing discrepancies and ensuring adherence to established price structures.
- Ensure all products meet freshness and rotation standards in every assigned account.
- B2C support in local activation and brand building of IQOS Heated Tobacco products
- Merchandise IQOS products to company standards, including fixtures, signage, and point-of-sale materials.
- Install, maintain, and remove promotional materials as required, ensuring clean, professional presentation.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards.
 Skills & Knowledge:
- Build trusted relationships with retail owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Function as a knowledgeable consultant for IQOS products, promotions, and retail best practices.
- Manage all administrative aspects of the role, including expense reporting, sales documentation, and territory planning.
- Manage and distribute point-of-sale materials responsibly and accurately.
- Ensure timely submission of all reports and required documentation.
 Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- 3-5 years related experience in non-durable consumer goods sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and creative solution development.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and act effectively in selling situations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable sales plans.
- Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math.             Â
 Requirements:
- Must live within the assigned geographic territory.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, up-to-date insurance and a valid driver’s license
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 25 years or older to operate a permitted company vehicle
- Ability to lift, push, pull, reach, and perform overhead work as part of daily sales activities.
- Ability to carry bags, boxes and visibility materials:
- Up to 10 lbs. frequently
- Up to 20 lbs. occasionally
- Up to 50 lbs. seldom
