POSITION SUMMARY
The Yacht Broker Support Admin is responsible for supporting brokers and the company in administrative duties that aid in the sales process. This includes tasks required to correctly and legally list boats for sale, assisting at boat shows and company events, to liaise between departments, creating company/industry specific reports, communicating with clients, and generally provide day-to-day sales support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Duties (Most Important to Least Important), Percent of the Time
- Upkeeping vessel listings on multiple MLS’s and Company Platforms, 25%
- Adding vessel listings to on multiple MLS’s and Company Platforms, 25%
- Prepping Listing Agreements & Collecting/Reviewing Vessel Agreements/Documents, 15%
- Boat Show/Event support for the company, 15%
- Upkeep of Shared Company Calendars & Reports, 10%
- Request/Track vessel broadcasts and updates 5%
- Liaison between internal departments and outside vendors/broker contacts, 5%

- Administrator experience
