What You’ll Do
- Keeping products stocked, priced accurately, and rotated for freshness
- Creating attractive displays that engage customers
- Receiving, replenishing, and counting inventory
- Preparing smoothies and beverages safely and efficiently
- Recommending health-focused products and smoothie ingredients
- Assisting customers throughout the store with a friendly, knowledgeable approach
- Supporting checkout, returns, cleaning, and general store operations
- Working across different areas, including stocking, receiving, merchandising, cashiering, and customer service
What You Bring
- At least one year of experience in grocery retail, food service, retail operations, or a customer-facing environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a passion for creating positive customer experiences
- Flexibility to support stocking, receiving, cashiering, merchandising, and smoothie bar operations
- Knowledge of health foods, nutritional products, and vitamins is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform physical retail tasks, including working in refrigerated environments
