Summary

Responsible for the back-end packing of the production bottling line product, coordinating, and monitoring production completion within the Bottling Operations. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make certain the product coming off the line is completed accurately and gets packed in an efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Meet timeliness targets
  • Comply with cGMP requirements
  • Partner and communicate with production line leader to ensure timely completions and delivery
  • Work well in a team
  • Use handheld scanner
  • Wear PPE accordance with cGMP guidelines
  • Adhere to FDA Requirements and guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 
  • 2+ years of warehouse bottling, packing or production experience
  • Experience in the bottling of Nutraceuticals\Pharmaceuticals
  • Experience with handheld scanner

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work well with team
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of cGMP practices
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Basic Computer Knowledge

Physical/Work Environment/Expectations

While performing duties of job, incumbent is occasionally required to:

  • Operate in a professional environment
  • Work in a seated or standing position for the duration of the work day while performing repetitive motions 
  • Bend, stoop/squat, crouch/kneel, climb stairs and walk intermittently throughout the workday 
  • Perform direct and indirect tasks using simple hand grasping, fine hand manipulation and reach associated with assigned tasks such as folding boxes, paperwork, computer keyboarding, filing, calculating and use of telephone 
  • Assist in performing A or B Cleanings between each production batch.
  • See, hear and speak with sufficient capability to perform assigned tasks and maintain proper job safety conditions 
  • Constantly use work-related equipment
  • To use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Work cooperatively in a diverse work environment 
  • Ability to work regular, full-time schedule, Monday through Friday with the flexibility to work additional hours depending on business demands
