Creative Videographer

Part Time 1099 Contractor - Ability to travel throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties required.

We're looking for a talented, mission-driven videographer to join our growing team as the owner of our video content efforts. Your goal will be to help us build trust, drive engagement, and support patient acquisition by creating authentic, high-quality video content that reflects who we are and the life-changing work we do at Principles Recovery Center and Adolescent Wellness Academy.

Our videographer must have a passion for visual storytelling — the ability to translate complex, sensitive topics into compelling content that educates, inspires, and connects with the people we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Own video content strategy aligned with our inbound marketing approach, producing content that answers the real questions patients, families, and referral partners are asking.
  • Film, edit, and publish video content consistently — including testimonials, educational explainers, facility tours, staff spotlights, and social media clips.
  • Interview clinical staff, leadership, and alumni (when appropriate) to capture authentic stories and subject matter expertise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align video content with the patient journey and editorial calendar.
  • Manage the full video production lifecycle: pre-production planning, on-site filming, editing, and final delivery.
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency in the production process, including script drafting, captioning, and content repurposing.
  • Distribute video content across digital channels, including the website, YouTube, and social media platforms.
  • Track video performance metrics and use data to inform future content decisions.
  • Maintain a library of organized, accessible video assets.
  • Stay current with trends in video production, social video formats, and healthcare marketing best practices.

Educational Background

A degree in Film Production, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required. Commensurate experience will be considered.
