Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
Manage reservations and bookings
Handle phone calls and guest inquiries
Use front desk systems (Speed System or similar)
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

Requirements

Advanced English (spoken and written)

Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent

Knowledge of Speed System (or similar PMS)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Must have valid work authorization

Reliable and professional
