 Swaysland Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Staff Engineer to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of structural engineering projects alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.Â
Responsibilities

- Â Assist with structural design, analysis, and preparation of construction documentsÂ
- Â Perform site visits and structural inspections as neededÂ
- Â Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and consultantsÂ
- Â Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and technical specificationsÂ
- Â Review shop drawings and respond to RFIsÂ
- Â Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standardsÂ
Qualifications
-  Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringÂ
- Â Engineer Intern (E.I.) certification preferredÂ
-  0–5 years of structural engineering experienceÂ
- Â Knowledge of structural design software and AutoCAD/Revit preferredÂ
- Â Familiarity with the Florida Building Code is a plusÂ
- Â Strong communication and organizational skillsÂ
- Â Ability to work independently and within a team environmentÂ
