Position OverviewÂ
Â
OWT Global LLC is seeking an experienced Program Integrator / Task Lead to provide daily oversight of contractor team performance and deliverables. This pivotal role serves as the primary operational interface between the Government and the contractor team for the Blue List Program, ensuring cross-functional coordination, schedule integration, and stakeholder alignment.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Â
- Provide daily oversight of contractor team performance, deliverables, and operations liaison activities.Â
- Manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track milestones, manage risks, and proactively address schedule slippage.Â
- Facilitate communication and issue resolution between contractor and Government teams.Â
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, schedule, and compliance standards.Â
- Support the Contractor Program Manager and Government Program Manager on overall program execution, resource scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.Â
- Serve as a bridge between Government and contractor teams on cross-functional coordination and schedule integration.
Required QualificationsÂ
Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.Â
- Minimum of 7–10 years of project management or technical leadership experience.Â
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Â
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
Desired Skills & ExperienceÂ
Â
- Proven leadership in defense/government program environments.Â
- Proven ability to build and maintain cohesive, resource-loaded schedules and coordinate with senior stakeholders.Â
- Experience supporting DoD or federal agencies.
Clearance & CitizenshipÂ
Â
- Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.

- San Diego, CA and Fort Lee, VA – DCMA Facility (1 FTE per location as applicable).
