We are proud & honored to provide these services.  Overview of position: FEDITC is seeking a Training and Development Manager to work in the Ft. Leonard Wood, MO area. An active T1 background clearance and a United States Citizenship is required to be considered for this position. This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award. Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and maintain training products, including Programs of Instruction (POI), Instructor Lesson Plans, and Student Guides, in accordance with United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulation 350-70 and the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process. TPF Coordination: Plan and coordinate fielding and NET events, develop New Materiel In-Briefs (NMIB), and manage all logistics coordination with the Gaining Unit (GU). Manage training team, monitor and evaluate training program to ensure it is effective and ensure compliance with guidance provided by the government. QualificationsEducation: Highschool Diploma or equivalent Clearance: An active T1 background clearance Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
