Job Description

Strategic Analytix is looking for a motivated Strategic Management Consultant. The SMC will collaborate with the government to develop, integrate and continually improve processes. These processes include the management of performance information, its integration with related business management information, and its integration into existing management and decision-making processes.

What you'll do

Strategic Management Consultant (SMC) Requirements

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyze data for program build activities including FYDP profiles by program and focus area.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide trend analysis reports to identify gaps in resources.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Enhance mapping of resources to programs, high interest areas, threads, strategic initiatives, etc.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop CBJB narratives.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide input to IP on programmatic actions that impact Program Build.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide support to mission readiness process by coordinating with Mission Readiness Leads on the mitigation and binning of deficiencies and concerns.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitate the coordination of resource strategies across multiple directorates and organizations

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Consolidate Program Build information for Executive Principles, RMB, and BOD, as well as external overseers

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate appropriate stakeholders in the prioritization of requirements across directorates and organizations

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute information to responses to RFIs from ODNI and Congress regarding APIP Resources

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide support to the PPBE documentation process

Qualifications

  • Clearance Level 聽 聽
    • TS/SCI level clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.

Skill Level 2:

  • The Strategic Management Consultant Level 2 shall have eight (8) or more years of experience in strategy management and planning development. The Strategic Management Consultant鈥檚 years of experience shall include at least four (4) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following; Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; large organization Strategic Management; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; Program analysis and evaluation; Facilitation and decision analysis; and Legislative process and Congressional relations. The Strategic Management Consultant will have significant, successful experience providing executive mentoring, coaching, and consulting with senior leaders of large, complex organizations, and must demonstrate an ability to lead, plan, and manage complex tasks with daily client interaction, delivery of presentations on complex subjects, and facilitation for strategic level meetings with senior client personnel.
  • A Bachelor鈥檚 degree or higher degree is required. A Graduate or higher degree will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall experience. Four (4) additional years of experience in strategy management and planning development will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor鈥檚 degree.

Skill Level 3:

  • The Strategic Management Consultant Level 3 shall have twelve (12) or more years of experience in strategy management and planning development, to include at least three (3) years in leadership, planning, and management of complex tasks related to strategic planning, as demonstrated through a history of daily client interaction, delivery of presentations on complex strategic planning subjects, and facilitation for strategic planning meetings with senior client personnel. The years of experience shall include at least eight (8) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following; Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; large organization Strategic Management; Process definition, deployment, and improvement; Program analysis and evaluation; Facilitation and decision analysis; and Legislative process and Congressional relations.
