Visionist has an exciting new, fully FUNDED opportunity for a Training Subject Matter Expert on our largest PRIME contract. Your contributions are…
Ā  - Develop technical training curriculum, course materials, and hands-on exercises for the training team
Ā  - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing instruction, coaching, and mentorship to students and junior personnel
Ā  - Develop and review Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Technique Qualification Standards (TQS) to ensure training aligns with mission requirements
Ā  - Create and maintain training pipelines with measurable milestones and adherence to established timelines
Ā  - Provide systems engineering expertise and technical documentation support to the training team and stakeholders

Requirements for your new career…
Ā  - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
Ā  - 8 years of experience in system engineering
Ā  - Experience developing and delivering technical training and instructional materials
Ā  - Experience developing or reviewing Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and Technique Qualification Standards (TQS)
Ā  - Experience with operating systems and networking concepts, including security, design, and troubleshooting

Salary range: $150,000–$190,000
