The Assistant Project Manager is required to manage, direct, coordinate, and budget, in coordination and at the direction of the project manager and other division personnel, all activities concerned with the Company鈥檚 division, including overseeing all project start-up, organization, scheduling, and performance.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reviewing project documents
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Creating purchase orders, ordering, and scheduling for material/subs
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Creating and tracking submittal packages through an approval
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Tracking daily reports (safety, labor, material usage, general contractor reports)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Inventory counts/weekly material transfers
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reconciliation of Credit cards
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Take-offs for change orders/projects
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Jobsite walks before mobilizations as needed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Tracking training/safety records
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Creation of project close-out documents
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Inputting data (labor tracker, bag count, etc.)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create estimates and change orders
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to read and understand scheduling calendar and add to calendar as needed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Review and approve time reported and travel pay
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create material logs for the scope of work
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create pour sheets as needed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Creating RFI鈥檚
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Attending financial review and subcontractor meetings
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Budget adjustments
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare billing as required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supervising subcontractors as needed.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow-up on material, contact, and in the field.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Focused on documenting the materials and drawing changes

- Required Experience, Education, and Qualifications聽
- 1+ years in the construction industry
- Understanding of cost management processes, planning, and scheduling.
- Computer skills
- Mathematical skills
- Practical written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver鈥檚 license
- Ability to successfully pass a background check related to driving
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Preferred education and experience:
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in construction management, Engineering, or Business Management or three years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience working in construction as a general contractor
- Experience with the following software: Microsoft Excel, Teams, Team Up, Bluebeam, Outlook, PlanGrid
