Bartender - Carolina Ale House

Carolina Ale House is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team in Fort Mill, SC!

Responsibilities:

• Provide menu knowledge and suggest drink options to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  
• Comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations to ensure responsible alcohol consumption.
• Practice safe alcohol service by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety.
• Engage with guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
  
• Maintain a clean and adequately stocked bar area.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations.
• Strong multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced bar environment.
• Demonstrates a positive and cooperative attitude towards teamwork.
• Proficiency in mixing cocktails and creating visually appealing drink presentations.
• Flexible availability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Meets the legal age requirement for serving alcohol.
