ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at our distribution center located in Fort Mill, South Carolina. As an essential part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless processing of orders, accurate labeling of samples, and efficient management of inventory. Successful candidates will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions to perform tasks.

  • Accurately print and label product samples, ensuring all labels are correctly applied and match the product specifications.
  • Cut and Allocate Samples: Precisely cut product samples according to specified dimensions and ensure they are correctly allocated for inventory or orders.
  • Fulfill and Process Orders: Process incoming orders by selecting the appropriate products, packaging them securely, and preparing them for shipment.
  • Be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure you have reliable transportation to the facility in Fort Mill, South Carolina for consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Label and Inventory Samples: Maintain accurate records of all samples, labeling them meticulously and ensuring inventory levels are updated and correct.
  • Assemble materials into packages that will be mailed to clients, ensuring all components are included and packaged attractively.
  • Keep track of new and existing marketing materials and assets, maintaining an organized inventory system to ensure easy access and accurate stock levels.
  • Execute tasks while following detailed instructions to maintain consistency and accuracy throughout all operations.
