Senior .NET Developer with AWS (Hybrid)

 

As a Senior .NET Core Developer, you will make an impact by contributing to the architecture and design of software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with the manager and stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# and .Net Framework to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications on the Azure platform.
  • Analyze and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to ensure smooth operation of applications.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure software solutions are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their growth.
  • Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Asset & Wealth Management to enhance software functionality and user experience.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Document software designs processes and user guides for future reference.


Work model:  Hybrid
Location: Fort Mill, SC

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $68K – $135K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
