Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with current Movement Insurance clients to renew and expand their insurance portfolios while obtaining best coverage and pricing
  • Develop and support cross-selling strategies for both existing clients and new prospects
  • Educate and communicate with clients about additional insurance options using a needs-based, client-focused approach
  • Identify and overcome sales obstacles based on the unique needs and challenges of each prospect
  • Understand various products from multiple carriers to help clients make the best purchase decisions
  • Update client database to ensure prospective and past client information is accurate
  • Consistently achieve monthly new business sales goals

Base salary range: $40,000 to $55,000, plus new business commission

Earning potential: Up to $100,000+ with commissions

Role Requirements:

  • Property and Casualty license in good standing or ability to acquire within 30 days of hire
  • Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting goals and/or quotas
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
