High volume title company is looking for a licensed title agent to join our North Carolina team. Applicant must be able to work within a high energy, high paced environment while always maintaining professionalism.

Role and Responsibilities Include:

• Review title opinions and produce title commitments, including completion of final title policies
• Ability to work closely with team members and real estate professionals throughout North Carolina, while cultivating and developing relationships
• Undertake daily administrative tasks and communication with team members to ensure the functionality, performance and implementation of all production
• Participation in team building projects to facilitate business development 

Job Requirements:

• Presents self in a professional manner and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Strong time management skills
• Team player
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with staff members and other professional parties

Preferred Experience:

• Licensed in NC as a Title Agent
• Title company or real estate experience

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
