This position is designed to provide routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of the boilers, chillers, all central plant equipment, the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to provide a safe and healthful environment. The primary proficiency of this position is power plant operation. Otherresponsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., filter changing, maintenance and repair to wheel chairs/gurneys, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing).

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

- High School Diploma/ G.E.D, required

- Valid Driver License, required

- Certified Stationary Engineer Certificate, preferred

- Five years experience in hospital power plant operations or equivalent combination of training and experience.
