Principal Accountabilities

  • This position is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate distribution of equipment and products
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors, employees, leads, superintendents, and managers
  • Issuing the correct quantity of equipment to designated departments
  • Receiving and verifying incoming products and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records for all warehouse items
  • Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Delivering equipment and supplies as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to read, write, and speak English
  • At least 6–12 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work (standing, walking, bending for extended periods)
  • Ability to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, dusty environments)
  • Basic computer and communication skills
  • Demonstrated reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and overtime as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift experience or certification
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
  • Basic math skills 
  • Recent work history (within the last 12 months)
