Job DetailsJob Location: Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931Job Category: Hospitality - HotelProvide courteous and efficient service to all guests by handling all luggage requirements to and from guest rooms.  Instruct guests on correct operation of all equipment in rooms and inform them of resort amenities and services.  Provides miscellaneous guest services such as mail service, delivery of newspapers, laundry and other materials as requested.  Maintains baggage room, carts, guest elevators and lobby area to ensure it is neat and orderly.  Provides valet and shuttle services for guests.  QualificationsMust be tolerant of variable temperature conditions as work is performed outdoors. Must read, write and speak English; Bi-lingual a plus. Previous guest services experience within hospitality industry preferred. Flexible schedule is required including days, evenings, holidays and weekends as needed.
