Job DetailsJob Location: Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931Job Category: Hospitality - HotelThis position is responsible for ensuring there is an adequate supply of linen available, free of stains and tears, to meet the business demands and volumes of the resort.  Responsible for the entire laundry process including, receipt, separate, wash, dry and folding process, while practicing safe working habits and conditions, and committed to ensuring guest satisfaction and exceeding guest expectations. Responds to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely, effective and friendly manner.Qualifications Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; twist and bend during majority of working hours.   Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the hotel/resort property 100% of assigned shift.  Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and effectively deal with guests, management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations.  Adequate manual dexterity to operate equipment and engage in lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 ponds occasionally.   Prior Housekeeping/Laundry or cleaning experience preferred. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required. Ability to perform job duties in indoor environments with varying temperatures, including exposure to heat and humidity, is required.
