Prime Group is looking for a Bistro Server to greet guests with a smile, keep our dining areas spotless, and help deliver a warm, welcoming experience from morning to night. Job Summary The Bistro Server is a member of the Food and Beverage team and is responsible for greeting every guest with a smile and positive attitude, organizing and maintaining a clean service area, cleaning tables and the restaurant area, and following all local health laws. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an inventory of needed supplies and being familiar with the hotel's amenities and hours of operation. This role also performs support functions including cleaning the food preparation and customer seating areas, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
