LeeSar is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead daily transportation operations that support hospitals, pharmacies, EMS services, and healthcare providers throughout Southwest Florida. This is an opportunity to move beyond managing routes and become a frontline operations leader responsible for real-time decision-making, team development, and service excellence. You'll coordinate driver coverage, monitor real-time operations, resolve service issues, coach team members, and ensure reliable transportation services that directly support patient care. Occasional weekend coverage may be required based on operational needs.
