We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time.
Job Summary:


The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the dealership’s buildings, grounds, and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role plays a vital part in keeping our facilities running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dealership buildings and property
  • Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas, restrooms, waiting rooms, and exterior grounds
  • Perform light carpentry and painting work
  • Inspect and maintain lighting, doors, windows, and general facility safety
  • Assist with seasonal duties (e.g., pressure washing, debris removal, etc.)
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergency repairs
  • Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Work with vendors and contractors when necessary
Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance or facility management experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks regularly
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Schedule:


Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Some weekend availability may be required)
