We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the dealership’s buildings, grounds, and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role plays a vital part in keeping our facilities running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dealership buildings and property
Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness of service areas, restrooms, waiting rooms, and exterior grounds
Perform light carpentry and painting work
Inspect and maintain lighting, doors, windows, and general facility safety
Assist with seasonal duties (e.g., pressure washing, debris removal, etc.)
Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergency repairs
Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
Work with vendors and contractors when necessary

Requirements:

Previous maintenance or facility management experience preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks regularly
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
