Matter Brothers Furniture and Design is seeking dynamic sales professionals ready to transform
living spaces and elevate customer experiences. If you thrive on commission, have a track
record of success in high-ticket sales in furniture sales, we want you!
Position Highlights:
● Unlimited earning potential with competitive commission structure

Ideal Candidates Have:
● Proven sales success in furniture retail/high commission sales - Big Ticket Sales!
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Passion for design and customer transformation
● Goal-oriented, self-motivated mindset
● High school diploma or equivalent
***Prior Experience with STORIS or Sales Force considered a plus!
Work Schedule:
● Showroom hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 12pm-5pm
● Weekend availability is required
